Monday to Friday: 08:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00 | Saturdays and Sundays: Closed (except pre-scheduled orders).

Can I visit the factory/store?

Our industrial unit in Alhos Vedros operates by order. For visits or in-person pickups, schedule in advance by phone +351 937 907 828.

Existe quantidade minima de encomenda?

A quantidade minima para não pagar portes são 40kg. Abaixo disso os portes ficam a cargo do cliente.

What is the minimum lead time for orders?

For standard products: 24h. For custom cakes or large orders: 48-72h. For special events (weddings, baptisms): 2 weeks.

How are products packed for delivery?

We use thermal boxes and protective materials to ensure products arrive perfect. Decorated cakes include anti-collision support.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We deliver throughout mainland Portugal and Islands. Alhos Vedros has free delivery. Lisbon €5, Porto €10, Islands €25. See full zone table.

How long does delivery take?

Alhos Vedros: 2-4h | Greater Lisbon: 24h | Rest of country: 24-48h. Express delivery available for additional fee.
